Coco-Passion Fruits Bavarois

So, I made another cake yesterday.
It was a Coco-Passion Fruits Bavarois (mousse cake). Actually, I made sth similar a while ago. But it was a mini version.
In fact, I was quite tired yesterday and didn't really wanna get movin' with this cake. Well... it's 大魔頭's b-day, so..anyway... nvm!
It's a 3 layers bavarois with a slice of sponge cake on the bottom.
The first layer is the yellow plum sauce with passion fruits puree. Second layer is coconut bavarois, 3rd layer is passion fruits bavarois.
It's a bit too sweet tho! Hmph~ It's quite surprising cos I used to lessen 10% of the sugar on every dessert I made!!
