Earl Grey Cookie + Chocolate Muffin




Haven't been baking for a while~ (only a week!!)
I wanted to make the chocolate muffin and cookies for some times, but was too lazy to get movin'!

But since we are gonna have a birthday party for the kids this Saturday, thought I should make some cookies for them!

For anyone who wants the recipes, please be patient! Coz I'm just too lazy to type everything up after a working day!
And believe it or not, I gonna make 2 cakes tomolo for Saturday's party!
BTY, I bought a very cute Miffy cake mould from 陳枝記 today! Hee~

Chocolate Muffin Recipe (改編from 西點學習大百科)
材料: (7cm Muffin模 5個)
無鹽奶油 ----- 50g
砂糖 ----- 80g
蛋 ----- 1個
低筋麵粉 ----- 85g
可可粉 ----- 15g
泡打粉 ----- 1小匙
鹽 ----- 1 撮
牛奶 ----- 60ml
核桃 ----- 5 片裝飾用
準備:
* 先將所有粉類一起過篩.
*無鹽奶油在室溫下回軟.
*焗爐預熱到 170度
做法:
1. 奶油用打蛋器打鬆. 分 2-3次加入砂糖. 每次加入砂糖都要攪拌混合. 繼續打發至變白色.
2. 加入蛋 和 鹽. 混合均勻.
3. 牛奶和粉類分2次加入 步驟2, 迅速混合拌勻.
4. 用湯匙將材料 "不" 入 muffin杯 到9分滿. 將核桃放在上面用手輕輕壓上.
5. 放入170度焗爐, 焗30分鐘即可.
